











Part of the Flora of the Fells Helvellyn Fell Care Day - highlighting the contribution volunteering makes to caring for the Lake District fells and raising awareness about the fells provide for us all.
Join United Utilities Catchment Manager Paul Phillips for a free guided walk explaining how the landscape around Helvellyn and Thirlmere is managed to supply us with clean drinking water.
Walk maximum of 1.5 miles, 1 hr approx, easy, suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Wear stout footwear and bring wet and warm clothing.
Start at Swirls Car Park, Thirlmere. Toilets available.
